MediaTek's latest flagship model, the Dimensity 9500 processor, makes its debut in the Vivo X300. The octa-core SoC clocks at up to 4.21 GHz, putting it on par with its Qualcomm competitors. The 3 nm CPU has also been equipped with the new G1 Ultra GPU. This extremely powerful core is combined with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM. The internal memory is also state-of-the-art thanks to UFS 4.1 technology. Current and future app generations will not be able to exhaust the concentrated performance of the smartphone anytime soon.
The capacity of the internal power source has increased again this year. Although the size of the case and the weight of the smartphone have hardly changed, the built-in battery now measures an impressive 6040 mAh and therefore promises a runtime of well over 24 hours with normal use.
