You can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt. They will be refunded to you at:

• 100% if never opened (plastics not removed from packaging)
• 80% if they have been opened and/or used and provided they are in factory condition (without traces of use, scratches, marks, defects, etc.)

Unless otherwise stated in the product description (eg for used products), all our products have a 24 month warranty. In the event of a problem, you must contact us by email and return the products to us for repair.
