Themobilestore is an individual company registered in the Trade Register of the Canton of Vaud (RC: CH 313.587.065)

⚠ Prior Warning

Most of the smartphones and computers that we sell are imported products. Therefore, we reserve the right to open the original packaging in order to verify the proper functioning of the device and the presence of appropriate adapters for use in Switzerland. No claim will be accepted for this reason. We deliver free of charge an adapter that allows you to recharge the device without restriction in Switzerland.

The paper manuals delivered could be in Chinese. If the customer wishes, we send the manuals by email in the language of their choice in PDF format.


📦 Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Belgium as well as all countries indicated in the list.

✓ Shipping costs are free.

If the parcel is returned to us by the post office, the return costs as well as the initial shipping costs are charged to the buyer if their responsibility is engaged (error in the address provided, parcel not collected at the post office...).


💰 VAT and Export Taxes

The price indicated and paid includes all taxes, whether for Switzerland or all the countries to which we deliver.


🕐 Delivery Times and Item Availability

Item availability is indicated as follows:

  • In stock in Lausanne: the product can be shipped within 24 hours.
  • In stock with supplier: we ship the product as soon as possible.
Imperative delivery deadlines must be agreed by the customer in writing before placing the order.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

The customer has a right of return of 14 days from the moment the parcel has been handed over by the post office. The goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Registered mail is strongly recommended.

We decline any responsibility in case of loss by the post office. Any return must be requested by email beforehand and must be justified.

In case of exchange, we cover the shipping costs of the new shipment.

  • Packaging opened, protective labels not removed → refund of 90% of the purchase price.
  • Packaging opened, protective labels removed → refund of 80% of the purchase price.

In both cases, the device itself must be in factory new condition (no wear marks, traces of use).

Products in the second-hand category (gebraucht, secondhand, demo) are neither returned nor exchanged.

No return will be accepted in the following cases: for discounted or sold-out products, for second-hand products (demo, secondhand, gebraucht), as well as for reasons indicated in the item description with the statement "will not be taken back for these reasons".

🛒 Orders

After placing an order, you receive a confirmation email. A second email with a tracking number will be sent after shipment.

Orders may be cancelled in the following cases:

  • If the delivery deadline set in writing by the customer prior to the order is not met.
  • If no written deadline was set prior to the order, the customer may give notice of default with a written deadline of at least 10 days from the date of notice.

Refunds for cancelled orders are made within 1 to 10 working days. Orders paid by credit card (PayPal) are only refunded via this method.


💳 Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs or euros including Swiss VAT. For shipments outside Switzerland, Swiss VAT is automatically deducted once the customer provides their shipping address.

Goods must be paid in advance. Accepted payment methods:

It is possible to pay your orders by invoice and/or monthly instalments through our collaboration with MF-Group (Powerpay). An automatic credit check is performed when choosing this payment method.

Evenshop offers you the option to pay for your order in 3 or 4 interest-free instalments via Heylight.

🧾 PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT — POWERPAY (MF Group)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers payment on account with a partial payment option.

Prices displayed in Euros are calculated automatically on a daily basis. They are indicative and non-contractual. The actual price may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, or the customer's bank. Customers are responsible for checking the actual cost before placing an order.

🔧 Support and Repairs

We provide free support for all devices purchased from us — by phone, email, or on-site by appointment. We can generally answer most questions within 24 hours. This support covers software issues only.

For hardware problems, we can send devices to an authorized technical center in Switzerland. Unless covered by our warranty, this service is chargeable (free estimate sent by email).


🛡 Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, items have the following warranty:

  • 24 months for smartphones, iPhones, and other phones.
  • 6 months for repairs, spare parts, and accessories.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, excluding normal wear, breakage, water damage, or misuse. In case of defect, devices are repaired or replaced. No refunds are made unless repair/replacement is impossible. Replaced items carry the remaining warranty of the original item if at least 3 months remain (otherwise 3 months warranty).

Warranty repair is excluded in the following cases: device showing signs beyond normal wear (water damage, glass breakage, frame damage). If the order is not in our database, the customer must provide written proof of purchase. The original charger supplied with the device must be returned with it.

Evenshop takes all necessary precautions to avoid data loss. Nevertheless, customers must back up their data before entrusting their device to us. We disclaim responsibility for data loss. Jailbreak and unlocking are performed at the customer's risk. We take full responsibility for damage caused by our own improper handling during hardware repairs.


🔒 Privacy

When you place an order, we collect the following data: name, first name, postal address, telephone number, email address, IP address.

  • This data remains confidential and is never disclosed or sold to third parties.
  • Data is stored on a secure server (Infomaniak).
  • Financial data (credit card numbers) are transmitted to our payment partners (PayPal, Concardis, PostFinance) — their privacy policy applies.
  • The customer may at any time request deletion of their data by sending a simple email.
