Themobilestore is an individual company registered in the Trade Register of the Canton of Vaud (RC : CH 313.587.065)
Prior warning :
Most of the smartphones and computers that we sell are imported products. Therefore, we reserve the right to open the original packaging in order to verify the proper functioning of the device as well as the presence or not of the appropriate adapters to recharge the device in Switzerland. No claim will be accepted for this reason. Moreover, we do not guarantee the presence of a Swiss or European charger but we deliver free of charge an adapter that will allow you to recharge the device without restriction in Switzerland.
Moreover, the paper manuals delivered could be in Chinese. If the customer wishes, we send him by email, the manuals in the language of his choice in PDF format.
Shipping and Delivery :
We ship to Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Belgium as well as to all the countries indicated in the list.
Shipping costs are free for Switzerland.
For other countries, they are calculated according to the weight and volume of the article and are indicated before the payment during the ordering process. They vary between 10 and 80 CHF.
If the parcel is returned to us by the post office, the expenses of sending back as well as the initial forwarding expenses are invoiced to the purchaser if his responsibility is engaged (error in the indicated address, parcel not withdrawn with the post office...)
VAT and export taxes :
The items are shipped from Switzerland. Shipments to Switzerland are therefore inclusive of all taxes. No additional costs will be claimed to the customer.
On the other hand, the articles bound for countries other than Switzerland will be subjected to taxes. This does not depend on us. It is up to each buyer to find out. No complaint will be accepted on this subject.
Delivery times and availability of items:
The availability of items is indicated as follows: In stock in Lausanne (= the product can be shipped to the customer the same day), In stock at the supplier (= the product can be shipped to the customer within 5-7 working days), ask for the delivery time (= the customer has to contact us in order to know the delivery time), pre-order (= the product will be available 5-7 days after its official release on the market).
These deadlines are indicative and not contractual. Only the deadlines fixed in writing (email, whatsapp, sms) before placing the order are contractual. If the delivery time is imperative, the customer must contact us so that we fix a written deadline.
Returns & Replacements :
The customer has a right of return of 14 days from the moment the parcel has been handed over to the customer by the post office (notice in the box, or direct delivery to the customer). The goods must be returned in their original packaging and not unpacked. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend sending the goods by registered mail.
We decline any responsibility in case of loss of the parcel by the post office. Any return must be the subject of a request by email beforehand. It must be motivated. We give ourselves the right to refuse returns that have not been notified by email beforehand.
In case of exchange of goods, we take the shipping costs of the new shipment at our charge.
If the packaging has been opened but the protective labels have not been removed, we will refund 90% of the purchase price, if the protective labels have been removed, we will refund 80% of the purchase price. In both cases, the device itself must be in factory new condition (no wear marks, traces of use...).
Products in the second-hand category (gebraucht, secondhand, demo) are neither returned nor exchanged.
No return will be accepted in the following cases: For discounted or sold-out products, for second-hand products (demo, secondhand, gebraucht), as well as for reasons that were indicated in the description of the article with the statement "will not be taken back for these reasons" or synonymous expression.
After placing an order on the website, you receive a confirmation. A second email with a tracking number will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.
Orders may be cancelled as long as the goods have not been dispatched to us by our supplier or at least 4 working days before we dispatch them to your address. A delay for failure to meet the delivery deadline is only possible if a delivery date has been agreed individually and in writing with the customer before the order is placed.
Refunds for cancelled orders are made within 1 to 10 working days from the cancellation decision. Please note that orders paid by credit card (Paypal) are only refunded by this method.
Prices and Payment :
The prices are indicated in Swiss francs or euros including Swiss VAT. In case of shipment of goods outside of Switzerland, the Swiss VAT is automatically deducted from the sales price as soon as the customer has indicated the shipping address of the goods.
The goods must be paid for in advance. Payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Postcard, Postfinance, Twint, Paypal, bank transfer.
It is possible to pay your orders by invoice and/or monthly thanks to our collaboration with the MF-Group (Powerpay). If the customer chooses this method of payment, an automatic solvency check is performed. If the credit check is negative and you would like further information, please contact the MF-Group directly.
Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment type "Payment on account" as an independent payment provider. The order invoice simply allows you to pay your online purchase by invoice. If you waive a payment within the specified period, you will receive a monthly invoice with an overview of the order retroactively in the following monthAt the conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the processing of the payment terms. The prices indicated in Euros are calculated automatically and daily. They are indicative and not contractual. The actual price may vary depending on the exchange rate practiced by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, the customer's bank. It is the customer's responsibility to find out the actual cost of the item (via the Paypal exchange rate calculator, the rates quoted by his bank...) before placing an order.
Support and repairs :
We provide free support for all devices purchased from us. It is done by phone, email or on site by appointment. In general, we can answer most questions within 24 hours. This support is for software problems only. In case of hardware problems, we can send the devices to an authorized technical center based in Switzerland. Unless you have subscribed to our warranty, this service is not free. A free estimate will be sent to you by email, you will be free to decide whether or not to have the device repaired.
Unless otherwise stated in the description of the item, the items have a warranty: - Of 24 months for smartphones, iPhones and other phones - Of 6 months for repairs, spare parts and accessories. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear, breakage, water damage or other damage caused by misuse of the item. In the event of a defect, the equipment will be repaired or replaced if repair is not possible. Accessories and spare parts are replaced. No refunds are made unless we are unable to repair or replace the item. In principle, the replaced items will carry over the remaining warranty period of the original item if this is equal to or longer than 3 months. If this is not the case, the warranty period of the replaced items is 3 months. Defective items must be returned by email.
Repair under warranty is excluded in the following cases: Device with traces more important than normal wear and tear (traces of water, glass breakage, impacts deforming the frame, missing piece(s) of the frame). If the order is not in our database, the customer must provide a written trace (email, paper invoice) in order to prove that the device was indeed acquired from us. In addition, the original charger supplied with the device must be returned to us with the device.
Evenshop takes all necessary precautions to avoid data loss when a device is entrusted to us for repair or software modifications (de-locking, jailbreak...). Nevertheless, it is up to the customer to make a backup of his data (contacts, sms, music, applications....) before entrusting us his device. We disclaim any responsibility for partial or total loss of data contained in the device before our intervention. Jailbreak and unlocking are operations not provided by the manufacturer. They are in principle low risk. Nevertheless, Evenshop is not responsible for any technical problems that could occur during the intervention and that would make the device partially or totally unusable. In other words, the customer must be aware of the risks involved in entrusting us with his device and to assume them entirely if necessary. On the other hand, we will take full responsibility for the consequences of improper handling on our part during hardware repairs (e.g. changing the screen). However, this obligation is waived if it is clear that the defect predates our intervention.
When you place an order with us, we collect the following data: (Name, first name, postal address, telephone number, email address, IP address of your computer)
These data remain confidential and are in no case disclosed or sold to third parties.
These data are stored on a secure server (Infomaniak).
The customer can at any time ask for the total deletion of the data concerning him by sending a simple email.
