Moreover, the paper manuals delivered could be in Chinese. If the customer wishes, we send him by email, the manuals in the language of his choice in PDF format.

We ship to Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Belgium as well as to all the countries indicated in the list.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear, breakage, water damage or other damage caused by misuse of the item. In the event of a defect, the equipment will be repaired or replaced if repair is not possible. Accessories and spare parts are replaced. No refunds are made unless we are unable to repair or replace the item. In principle, the replaced items will carry over the remaining warranty period of the original item if this is equal to or longer than 3 months. We disclaim any responsibility for partial or total loss of data contained in the device before our intervention. Jailbreak and unlocking are operations not provided by the manufacturer. They are in principle low risk. Nevertheless, Evenshop is not responsible for any technical problems that could occur during the intervention and that would make the device partially or totally unusable.
