The warranty covers only manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear, breakage, water damage or other damage caused by misuse of the item. In the event of a defect, the equipment will be repaired or replaced if repair is not possible. Accessories and spare parts are replaced. No refunds are made unless we are unable to repair or replace the item. They are in principle low risk. Nevertheless, Evenshop is not responsible for any technical problems that could occur during the intervention and that would make the device partially or totally unusable. In other words, the customer must be aware of the risks involved in entrusting us with his device and to assume them entirely if necessary. On the other hand, we will take full responsibility for the consequences of improper handling on our part during hardware repairs (e.g. changing the screen). Moreover, we do not guarantee the presence of a Swiss or European charger but we deliver free of charge an adapter that will allow you to recharge the device without restriction in Switzerland.
Moreover, the paper manuals delivered could be in Chinese. If the customer wishes, we send him by email, the manuals in the language of his choice in PDF format.
Shipping and Delivery :
We ship to Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Belgium as well as to all the countries indicated in the list.
