Unless otherwise stated in the description of the item, the items have a warranty: - Of 24 months for smartphones, iPhones and other phones - Of 6 months for repairs, spare parts and accessories. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear, breakage, water damage or other damage caused by misuse of the item. In the event of a defect, the equipment will be repaired or replaced if repair is not possible. Accessories and spare parts are replaced. No refunds are made unless we are unable to repair or replace the item. In principle, the replaced items will carry over the remaining warranty period of the original item if this is equal to or longer than 3 months. We disclaim any responsibility for partial or total loss of data contained in the device before our intervention. Jailbreak and unlocking are operations not provided by the manufacturer. They are in principle low risk. Nevertheless, Evenshop is not responsible for any technical problems that could occur during the intervention and that would make the device partially or totally unusable. In other words, the customer must be aware of the risks involved in entrusting us with his device and to assume them entirely if necessary. On the other hand, we will take full responsibility for the consequences of improper handling on our part during hardware repairs (e.g. changing the screen).
