The nubia Z80 Ultra delivers a premium flagship experience with a sleek glass and aluminum construction. Measuring 164.5 x 77.2 x 8.6 mm and weighing 227 g, it features an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance (submersible up to 1.5 m for 30 minutes and resistant to high-pressure water jets). Available in Black, the device includes a professional-grade two-stage shutter release button and a slider switch, paying homage to classic camera design. The seamless full-screen front gives it a truly immersive look.

Display

The Z80 Ultra features a stunning 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2688 x 1216 pixels (1.5K) and a 144 Hz refresh rate. Thanks to the under-display camera (UDC) technology, the screen is completely uninterrupted — no notch, no punch-hole. It reaches a peak brightness of 2000 nits, supports HDR10, and uses a 2592 Hz PWM dimming frequency for flicker-free comfort. With over 1 billion colors displayed, visuals are vibrant, accurate, and truly cinematic.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset built on a 3 nm process, the nubia Z80 Ultra delivers top-tier performance. The octa-core CPU features Oryon V3 cores clocked up to 4.6 GHz, paired with an Adreno 840 GPU. With 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage, multitasking, gaming, and content creation are effortlessly smooth. The device runs Android 16 with nubia's Nebula AIOS 2 interface.

Camera

The nubia Z80 Ultra boasts a professional-grade triple camera system. The 50 MP main camera features a large 1/1.3" sensor with a 35 mm equivalent focal length, f/1.7 aperture, and OIS. The 64 MP periscope telephoto offers 2.7x optical zoom (70 mm equivalent) with OIS and a 1/2.0" sensor. The 50 MP ultra-wide (18 mm, f/1.8) uses a generous 1/1.55" sensor with PDAF. The 16 MP under-display front camera captures selfies seamlessly. Video recording capabilities extend to 8K at 30 fps and 4K at 120 fps with gyro-EIS and HDR10 support.
