Moreover, the paper manuals delivered could be in Chinese. If the customer wishes, we send him by email, the manuals in the language of his choice in PDF format.

We ship to Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Belgium as well as to all the countries indicated in the list.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear, breakage, water damage or other damage caused by misuse of the item. In the event of a defect, the equipment will be repaired or replaced if repair is not possible. Accessories and spare parts are replaced. No refunds are made unless we are unable to repair or replace the item. In principle, the replaced items will carry over the remaining warranty period of the original item if this is equal to or longer than 3 months. Moreover, we do not guarantee the presence of a Swiss or European charger but we deliver free of charge an adapter that will allow you to recharge the device without restriction in Switzerland.
Moreover, the paper manuals delivered could be in Chinese. If the customer wishes, we send him by email, the manuals in the language of his choice in PDF format.

We ship to Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Belgium as well as to all the countries indicated in the list.
