Moreover, the paper manuals delivered could be in Chinese. If the customer wishes, we send him by email, the manuals in the language of his choice in PDF format.

We ship to Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Belgium as well as to all the countries indicated in the list.
Shipping costs are free.

Warranty :
Unless otherwise stated in the description of the item, the items have a warranty: - Of 24 months for smartphones, iPhones and other phones - Of 6 months for repairs, spare parts and accessories. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear, breakage, water damage or other damage caused by misuse of the item. In the event of a defect, the equipment will be repaired or replaced if repair is not possible. Accessories and spare parts are replaced. No refunds are made unless we are unable to repair or replace the item. In principle, the replaced items will carry over the remaining warranty period of the original item if this is equal to or longer than 3 months. We disclaim any responsibility for partial or total loss of data contained in the device before our intervention. Jailbreak and unlocking are operations not provided by the manufacturer. They are in principle low risk. Nevertheless, Evenshop is not responsible for any technical problems that could occur during the intervention and that would make the device partially or totally unusable. Therefore, we reserve the right to open the original packaging in order to verify the proper functioning of the device as well as the presence or not of the appropriate adapters to recharge the device in Switzerland. Moreover, we do not guarantee the presence of a Swiss or European charger but we deliver free of charge an adapter that will allow you to recharge the device without restriction in Switzerland.
Moreover, the paper manuals delivered could be in Chinese. If the customer wishes, we send him by email, the manuals in the language of his choice in PDF format.
Shipping and Delivery :
We ship to Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Belgium as well as to all the countries indicated in the list.
Shipping costs are free.
