The warranty covers only manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear, breakage, water damage or other damage caused by misuse of the item. We disclaim any responsibility for partial or total loss of data contained in the device before our intervention. Jailbreak and unlocking are operations not provided by the manufacturer. They are in principle low risk. Nevertheless, Evenshop is not responsible for any technical problems that could occur during the intervention and that would make the device partially or totally unusable. In other words, the customer must be aware of the risks involved in entrusting us with his device and to assume them entirely if necessary. On the other hand, we will take full responsibility for the consequences of improper handling on our part during hardware repairs (e.g. changing the screen). However, this obligation is waived if it is clear that the defect predates our intervention.

When you place an order with us, we collect the following data: (Name, first name, postal address, telephone number, email address, IP address of your computer)

These data remain confidential and are in no case disclosed or sold to third parties.

These data are stored on a secure server (Infomaniak).

The financial data (credit card number) are not stored on our servers, but are transmitted to our payment partners (Paypal, Concardis, Postfinance). Therefore, their privacy policy prevails.

The customer can at any time ask for the total deletion of the data concerning him by sending a simple email.
